No Rest for The Rad

While lurking around Instagram (yeah, you know you do it too), I discovered this rad online shop called, Top Knot Goods.  This tee is probably one of the raddest tees I own.  Literally.  It is soooo good, I order two; one for me and one for the Pirate.  You know what they say about couples who dress alike!?!

What awesome online shops have you came across lately?  I'd love to know.  I'm limited with where I can shop out here in the middle of the Pacific, so your suggestions are welcomed and highly anticipated! :)  Hope you guys are enjoying the long weekend!

You are the Polka to my Dot

I'm still on a polka dot high.  My friend, Becks of oomph sent me these adorable polka dot skinnies.  Thanks, Becks!!!  I absolutely love them.  They're super comfy and fit perfectly.  I couldn't resist pairing them with bright pink heels and a bright lippy.  A blush tone sweater with spike details and my mint suede faux croc clutch added more interest to the look, without going over-the-top.  After closer examination, I realized that half of this look was gifted to me (thanks, friends!), AND my signature Rayban aviators are missing in action.  Gah!  Now you know what's hiding under those sunnies... my hideous-under-eye-bags!  ew.  I'm also in desperate need of a haircut.  Ok.  Enough whining.  I hope your week if off to a great start!!  LOVE DAY is in 3 days, any fun plans?

Chat soon, lovelies.

Dot Dot Dot

Don't you just love polka dots?  I surely do.  My amazingly talented friend, Katie Browne of Box 11 sent over this rad polka dot blouse.  I love love love the bold polka dots mixed with the itty bitty ones. The lace pocket is a fabulous detail as well.  Made from thrifted & vintage fabrics, this blouse is one-of-kind, which means no one else has it!  Yippee.  Because I don't really believe in the rule; "less is more", I decided to go for the gusto and throw on a sequin blazer, carry a leopard clutch, and strut in one of the most bright heels I own.  Some may say it's outrageously overdone look, but I say it's my cheer-up-only-three-more-days-until-the-weekend outfit.

Remember, you can still save 15% off (code: elisharon) your Box 11 purchase, and free shipping is currently available for all Hawaii orders.  Along with Katie's super cute tops, dresses, and quirky card designs, she's recently created, the Slouchy Shoulder Bag.  Check it out, you'll surely adore it. :)

Fabric & Handle

Practicality is normally not on the top of my list of reasons when acquiring new pieces to my wardrobe.  Um, hello, I'm the girl who lives in Hawaii that owns quite a few fur jackets.  However, when Salinya from Fabric & Handle contacted me to see if I wanted to feature one of her newest bag designs, I was immediately drawn to the practicality of her pieces.  Her designs are beautifully crafted, simple, timeless, and versatile.  Her latest creation, the Tote Backpack features interchangeable leather straps, which allow you to create three different variations.  If this doesn't scream versatility, I don't know what does.  The price point on the bag is a steal ($98), considering you have three bags in one.  Take a peek at this little video to show you the different options of how to use the Tote Backpack.  I've used mine all three ways and I would say my fave way to use it would be as the back pack.  It's definitely not your ordinary school backpack which is normally quite cumbersome.  Instead the slim, but durable leather straps makes for a very chic backpack.  I would definitely recommend the Tote Backpack.  Hope on over to Fabric & Handle and scoop one up!  There are lots of other great styles as well, so don't forget to check them out.  Thanks Salinya for sending this over.  And it couldn't be better timing, just in time for classes.
