Made from thrifted & vintage fabrics, this blouse is one-of-kind, which means no one else has it! Yippee. Because I don't really believe in the rule; "less is more", I decided to go for the gusto and throw on a sequin blazer, carry a leopard clutch, and strut in one of the most bright heels I own. Some may say it's outrageously overdone look, but I say it's my
