I surely do love Olive. The color, the food, and even the name. Wouldn't it be cute to name your little darling, Olive? :)
Megan over at
Alainn Bella sent me this charming little number. I love the fit, feel, flow, and print of this dress. And it's lined too! A+, in my book. :) Personally, I don't wear pieces with cap sleeves, because they make my "shapely" arms look even bigger than they already are, but I think the cap on this dress, fits me quite nicely. Cap sleeves definitely make dresses feel more feminine and delicate. Because of the delicate vibe of the dress, I couldn't resist edging it up a bit. I layered on my trusty safari/utilitarian-esque vest, studded belt, and JC Tardy's. I really love this styling! It's so ME! However, I was going to be out and about running errands yesterday and wanted to make sure I could get them done in a jiffy, so I switched over to a pair of patent leather olive colored ballet flats and a playful belt. A total 180 from the first look, but equally as amazing! :) And don't you love the monochromatic palettes of both looks as well? I surely do. The
