I'm tired

I'm tired... tired of being tired all the time.  I need to get my ass to the gym.  Kate Moss has quoted, "Nothing tastes as good, as skinny feels."  I don't believe that entirely, because I don't desire to be stick thin, but I do believe I need to get my health back on track.  The gym is calling my name and I think it's finally time to answer.

I've been wanting to wear this dress (made by me!) out, but haven't really found the occasion to do so.  Maybe I'll just wear it to the market one day.  I loved how it came out and I want to share it with the world.

I think you're gorgeous the way you are. To be honest, I'd love to have your body.

You are fantastically talented, that dress is a knock out! I think you need to wear that piece out this weekend and make hubby take you to dinner and drinks!

Wow, the dress is fabulous! It's such a red carpet/after party look!:D It would look hot with any of your Litas too ;)

When I got back from my trip, I lost all the desire to go to the gym. Though it's always a struggle to get my butt on the treadmill, the feeling I get after working out is the best feeling in the world :D

As for the healh talk, it does feel good... I decided to eat healthy about 5 years ago and I've seriosuly never felt or looked as good as I do now. As a bonus, I haven't had a cold or a flu ever since, can you imagine that? Not even once in 5 years!!

1. That dress is stunning. It's amazing, I love it, it looks wonderful on you, and I'm so impressed that you made it!
2. Kate Moss said "nothing tastes as good as skinny feels," and I just think that means she hasn't had my family's macaroni & cheese, a really good wine, or coffee ice cream. :)
3. I've been thinking that you look thin in your pics lately. Health and exercise are good, but you look great!
4. However, I totally feel what you're saying. I'm on the eat super healthy/exercise regularly train as well.

oooh I love the dress :) Personally I'm all for sport (I seriously can't live a day without) - but you know who said 'nothing tastes as good as being skinny'? It was Kate Moss, so I personally would like to be a little bigger then her :p You look fab!

WOW!!!! S - AMAZING dress!! Well done my friend, well done!! (very impressive!)

Ugh, the gym, I know. It just takes ONE TRIP to get back on track. Just do it. The first trip is the worst but IMMEDIATELY after you're done, you'll be like, 'YEAH! I did it!' and it will be easier to go back after.

I can't believe that was made by you! It looks totally luxe.

Great to hear that you want to be healthy instead of stick thin. We should all strive to have strong bodies for health reasons.. vanity comes second!

That dress is so pretty! You have got such talent, lady! And I hear you, I have pretty much stopped doing anything good for my body over the last two months - no gym, lots of greasy take out, stress, and poor sleep. I'm actually at this very minute looking up recipes online & meal planning in an attempt to shake this awful lethargic, uncomfortable feeling. I do not feel like a healthy girl these days! Good luck to you - you can do it!! Here's to feeling healthy!
