Friday Faves

T.G.I.F.  Aren't you happy the weekend is here?  I've been perusing a few of my favorite online shops and spotted all these wonderful treats!!

Plum for Polly - remember ladies, you still have up until the 26th of this month to snatch up goodies with an additional 20% off.  Um, did I mention there are tons of Jeffrey Campbells on the site too! Hurry, go buy yourself (and me!) a pair, or two. :)  Just use the code: ELISHARON at check out.

Alainn Bella - I'm swooning over these pieces.  I'm sorta obsessed with all things pleated.  The Midi skirt is my favorite.  I'm normally not a fan of mauve, but me LOVES this skirt. LOVES.  Get 20% off your purchase with code: ELISHARON.

Wendy Mink Jewelry - Wendy Mink never fails to impress.  From statement pieces to delicate treasures, you can't go wrong with a piece from WMJ.  Isn't the Lapis ring freakin' gorgeous?

EgoCloset - I guess I'm really drawn to the mauve-y (pinky) colors as of late.  The Kimono Blazer is a great layering piece for breezy summer nights.

update: EgoCloset's FB page hiccuped so they lost a few of their fans.  Make sure to LIKE EgoCloset on FB, here.  And if you share EgoCloset's page with friends on FB, you'll score a code for 10% off.  Also, one lucky gal will be randomly chosen to win a $50 gift card towards your next EgoCloset purchase.  Sweet deal, huh?

Stars and Stripes

I'm still in a celebratory mood.  At least with my wardrobe that is. :)  Today, I donned a "stars" and stripes type of look.  The "stars" being my rad Jeffrey Campbell Glitter Lita's.  These bad boys haven't come out to play in a while.  They were excited to see daylight. :)  I got this Stripe Tail Tank Top from EgoCloset.  You all know I'm a sucker for asymmetrical hemlines, so naturally, I was beyond excited when the lovely staff (Hi Jade!) at EgoCloset told me they were sending this top my way.

A lot of their items are sized as "free" (or one size fits all and/or most), so I was a unsure if it would fit me (I normally wear a size large in tops).  When I received it though, the fit was perfect.  And it could surely fit someone who's a size small and medium too.  It would just be a little more slouchy.  Slouchy is good, especially for the hot summer days ahead.  What I love most about the tank is the sheer back.  It's an interesting surprise to what seems like an ordinary tank from the front.  To get your very own Stripe Tail Tank Top, click on over to  EgoCloset.  It even comes in a white and red combo.

Thank you EgoCloset team for sending this over. I can see it easily becoming one of my favorite things to wear for the summer.

Update:  Check out EgoCloset's big summer sale, going on right now!  Items marked 20% - 50% off (excludes new items and custom order shoes).  I would love to get my hands on this, this, and this!

Ego Closet

Surprisingly enough, last night I was blessed with a good night's rest.  Thank you, Mr. Sandman.  I hope for the same tonight, but thankfully I can sleep in a little, because Hump Day's are also my days off from work! Yay!

Sometime last week, while perusing the interweb in the wee hours of the night (or probably morning), I came across the online shop, Ego Closet.  They're a Vancouver-based company that offers unique and trendy items.  I definitely have a love/hate relationship with the web, especially when it comes to online shopping.  Don't get me wrong, I love all kinds of shopping, but my pocket book would beg to differ.  It's a good thing that Ego Closet offers affordable fashions.  Here are my top picks.  There are lots more goodies, so hop on over to their site to check it out!!
