If you ask anyone that knows me personally, they'll tell you that I wear my heart on my sleeve.  So, when I was perusing through the aisles of Old Navy this weekend, I spotted this rad sweater.  Hello... so perfect for the girl who wears her heart on her sleeve, well, in this case, on her shirt? chest? sweater? LOL.
