No "Aloha"

I'm not a big fan of football, or any other sport for that matter (maybe shopping will become a sport one day!), so I had no interest in watching the game today.  I did tune in for the half time show and Madonna's performance was stellar.  She still got the moves.  What did you guys think?

Yesterday, the Pirate and I ventured to the south side of the island; Kihei/Wailea.  I really wanted to check out the Shops at Wailea, since I haven't been there in such a long time.  First stop was BCBG.  Let me tell you, the SA's there, had zero understanding of what the "Aloha Spirit" means and customer service is.  I was discouraged as soon as we walked in.  None of them (there were four!) greeted us, yet they greeted every other person (tourists) that came in after us.  I mean, seriously, a simple Hello would have sufficed.  There was one snarky SA in particular, that I would have liked to give my two cents too, but it wasn't worth my time and energy. Eventually, one SA offered her assistance and was quite "pleasant" in comparison to the rest.  Not sure if I'll be returning there anytime soon.  The other places that we visited (Betsey Johnson, Banana Republic, Gap, Gucci, Bottega Veneta, Karamel, and Louis Vuitton) had exceptional customer service.  Thank God! :)

Have you ever experienced poor customer service while shopping?  If so, where? And did you do anything about it?

You're so cute! I love how stylish you look while shopping, I'm pretty sure I look quite the opposite of that.

I've had some bad experiences, but I just take it as a "they're human and probably having a bad day?". I like to give SA's the benefit of the doubt, but sometimes it's just so frustrating I give up and leave the store.

Hope you have a fantastic week xo!

i have totally had my share of run ins with rude SAs...the ones that cater only to the tourists make me mad. they SHOULD cater to the locals because we live here and will come back to shop more often than those on vacay, right?? i try really hard not to buy anything if i don't feel good about my experience.

madonna was awesome. i thought everything (her dancing, her outfits) was very age appropriate and her voice still rocks!

How awesome is your cut out back shirt! Loved the pop of neon from the bag, looks great! Oh and how adorbs are you outside LV? cute pic! ... About the superbowl I did enjoy Madonnas performance but I was all about my team winning, too bad they didn't, maybe next year!

Your bag is SO fun! What an amazing color! & that's so frustrating, I don't understand why or how rude people get jobs in customer service. Though over the top "helpful" customer service also drives me nuts... I just want to be greeted with a smile, then left alone to shop! ;)

Love the shirt and bag! I am sure I have experienced bad customer service before, I just pass it off. LOL
Most stores where I live aren't too bad but it will be interesting to see what the customer service will be like at the stores when I move to Florida!

Hey Nika! My satchel is a 13". You should definitely get one! Their quality and construction is superb. AND so many colors to choose from. I like the bright green because it's so eyecatching and always puts a smile on my face.
