Key to my heart

Monica over at Spotted Moth sent me this adorable blouse.  Super duper cute, right?  I am totally smitten.  Anytime I wear a peter pan collar, I can't help but feel like a giddy little kid again.  And the quirky lock print... so.much.fun!  At first I really wanted to wear this top with a pair of high waisted leather shorts (the hubby just got them for me) and Lita's, but instead, I decided to pair it an olive micro pleated skirt and a platform sandal.  This pairing blends femininity and whimsy perfectly.  I'm in love with it.  Thanks again Monica!  You can bet that I'll be wearing this top A LOT. :)

If you owned this blouse (and you can! buy here), how would you style it?  Do share.

{blouse: gifted from Spotted Moth | micro pleated skirt: Old Navy | shoes: Jessica Simpson | bag: Tahari
belt: F21 | watch: Michael Kors | bracelets: Banana Republic & Wendy Mink Jewelry}

Love, S

AH so cute! I love how you styled the blouse, because I'm boring, I would pair it with a pair of skinny jeans and loafers. I'm boring and not daring like you with your colour blocking <3

I absolutely LOVE the subdued colour blocking, my love! So perfect for fall. This is most definitely one of my favourite outfits of yours. It's so whimsical and fun, just like you! I'd probably wear it with a high waisted pleated mini or mix it with some bold stripes on the bottom.

Hope you're having a great week!

This outfit looks adorable on you! I tried the Old Navy pleated skirt in the store and even brought it home but I didn't like how it looked on me. Wish I had seen this before returning them! I really love your bangs and OMG I wanted those JS shoes so bad but they were all sold out :( Now I will have to come here more often and drool over yours ;) Have a great weekend!

That top is adorable!! I love everything from the colors to the print to that color- totally something I would love to wear. I like how you styled it- I could see myself wearing it tucked in a high waisted skirt or maybe with jeans and a blazer :)
