I thirfted this little clutch for only $5. I don't know if it's real or a knock-off, but I love it. It's old and worn-in and it's great!
We went to a friends baby shower tonight... and the funniest thing happened. My friend came up to me with one of her newphews (he was probably around 10 - 12 years old) and told me that he had something to ask... he seemed quite shy, so she told me that he wanted to know if I was "that back up dancer from Miley Cyrus' Party In The USA video."... I had to contain my laughter and played along and said, "Yes, that's me.". He had a big smile on his face and went back to his friends. My friend and I had a great laugh. The kicker though, was right before we left. As we were saying good bye to everyone my friend's newphew and his little group of friends asked me if I could bring Miley over for them to meet. Classic! I still don't know if they were just pulling my leg or if they genuinely believed I was "that girl".
When the video first came out, my friend acutally pointed out that I look like her! At first I thought he did some techie thing and "added" my face to the video somehow.. but he said he didn't alter it at all and if I didn't believe him to go YouTube it. Take a look at the video and tell me what you think! "I'm" the asian girl on the left hand side... ha ha. Here's a little screen shot (since I can't embed the video).
