Yay or Nay?!

I always think about doing something fresh to my hair, but haven't done anything too different in years!  My current style is something I've come accustomed to, but trust me my hair is not my security blanket.  I don't get attached.  I just love how it's been for the past few years... Healthy. Long. Straight. Virgin Black. Blunt.  Today, I was playing around and fashioned a side bang.  What do you guys think? Yay or Nay?  I say Nay... but would love to hear your thoughts.  (don't worry my blunt fringe is still there!)

Love, S

i like side swept bangs - it's how my hair has been for quite a while now. i'm thinking about switching it up as well, but i have no idea what to do!

I love the side bang! I think it's so pretty and looks beautiful on you. I give it a YAY all the way :)

love it! i often switch back and forth between side swept and full bangs. sometimes my hair just decides it wants to have full bangs and i somehow lose my part and have to just let them do their thing. i think it's fun to try both!

yay if you find someone to cut them right! I just got my hair cut and asked for the side swept bang..it's awkwardly too long, so not really a bang ... I think I might fix it myself! It does look good on you though!

its sweet :D

I think it looks really good- very pretty! But, I also think I'm MORE of a fan of your current bangs. They're so edgy but also so cute at the same time! I also may just be living vicariously through you because I've tried several times in the past to do straight across bangs, and it just grows too fast (only in the bangs) and doesn't stay straight enough for them :-( I love yours either way though!

I love side-swept bangs, but that's just me being completely biased 'cause I love mine and I'm being a self-centred you know what! But actually, I think it's a refreshing change. I used to have straight blunt bangs too, but I always swept them to the side after awhile :) It's a nice change!

I'm diggin' the side bang look, it's so soft and pretty on you! And sometimes change is fun! :)

I like your blunt bangs. They super cute on you! I wish I could pull them off but it just looks odd on me so I stick to side swept.

I think you look great - it is a softer look for you. But I think it the side sweep misses the Sharon "cute edge" that the full bangs have.

It looks good on you! :))

I love the side bangs; they really suit the shape of your face. In a different way, your blunt fringe does, too. It could be good for something new although it really is a soft and demure look... you'd look sweet and cute all the time. Are you ready for that? :)

I think it looks cute and sweet! It suits you! Though your 'straight' fringe has a more cool/funky look? I guess it depends what style you prefer.

GORGEOUS either way, honestly! I recently went from blunt bangs to the side-swipe and I love it...but always toy with going back--blunt bangs are so original and not everyday! AND not everyone can pull them off. So I say YAY, NAY, EITHER WAY! :)

Well, you KNOW I'm a big fan of the side bang (takes one to be one ;) and I like this on you... HOWEVER, I really like you with blunt bangs. So, yeah. Verdict: both good looks. :)
